I am a member in good standing and understand rentals are for residents only (no third-party rentals). I understand payment is by money order only — a $100 rental fee plus a separate $50 refundable deposit, due at booking. I understand no alcohol, smoking, or vaping is permitted, and a photo ID is required at booking. I have read and agree to the full Clubhouse Rental Contract and all its rules.
